18 Holes Open – Saturday 6 January 2024
Whilst the course is still quite wet in some areas, most of the course is drying nicely. We are hoping the breezy warm weather continues and the rain stays away for now.
We will open 18 Holes on Saturday 6 January 2024 for a Single Stableford comp.
Carts will be permitted on course with EXTREME Care. Yellow flags will not be permitted for the foreseeable future, no exceptions.
Please use common sense when using golf carts on the course, to avoid creating any unnecessary damage. Stay out of any wet and muddy areas please.
The 8th Hole is currently out of play and will be for some time due to the saturation of the area, when moving between the 7th Green and 9th Tee please watch where you are driving and avoid any mud and sitting water.
The Practise Chipper will replace the 8th Hole.
Bunkers:
The bunkers on the 9th Hole, 17th Hole and Chipper (17A) are out of play at this time, however we expect these will be back in play very soon.
All other bunkers are in play (have you seen how great the bunkers on 13 are looking after ALL that rain!!)
Please note, we are re-opening 18 holes with the best intentions. If we do have any heavy down pours this situation may change quickly. But at this stage we are very hopeful of comp play on Saturday 6 January.
